How do I create an account?
Click "Create Free Account" on the homepage, enter your email and password, and complete the quick onboarding process. No credit card required!
Is Weddico really free?
Yes! Our free plan includes 1 main gallery, 1 guest gallery, up to 300 photos, RSVP management, digital invitations, and more. Perfect for most weddings.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free plan: 1 main gallery, 1 guest gallery, 300 photos. Premium (€4/month): Unlimited galleries, unlimited photos, video support, advanced analytics, and priority support.
Photo Galleries
How do I upload photos?
Go to your gallery, click "Upload Photos", select your images, and they'll be added to your gallery. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC.
Can guests upload photos?
Yes! Create a guest gallery and enable guest uploads. Share the link or QR code, and guests can upload directly. You'll approve submissions before they appear.
How do I make a gallery private?
In gallery settings, check "Make gallery private". Only you and admins can view private galleries. You can also add password protection.
RSVP Management
How do I add guests?
Go to RSVP section, click "Add Guest", enter their name and email (optional), and save. You can also import a CSV file with multiple guests.
How do guests RSVP?
Share your RSVP link (found on your wedding website or in invitations). Guests click the link, enter their name, and submit their response.
Technical Support
Photos won't upload
Check file size (max 10MB per photo), format (JPG, PNG, HEIC), and internet connection. Try a different browser if issues persist.
Can't access my account
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Check your spam folder for the reset email. Contact support if you still can't access your account.
