Creating Your First Gallery
- Log in to your Weddico account
- Navigate to the "Galleries" section
- Click "Create New Gallery"
- Choose "Main Gallery" for your curated photos
- Enter a title (e.g., "Ceremony Photos")
- Add an optional description
- Click "Create Gallery"
- Upload photos by clicking "Upload Photos"
- Select your images and wait for upload to complete
Setting Up Guest Photo Uploads
- Create a new gallery or edit an existing one
- Select "Guest Gallery" type
- Enable "Allow guest uploads" in settings
- Save your gallery
- Copy the gallery link or generate a QR code
- Share the link/QR code with your guests
- Guests can upload photos without an account
- Review submissions in the "Uploads" section
- Approve or reject photos before they appear in the gallery
Managing RSVPs
- Go to the "RSVP" section
- Click "Add Guest" to add guests manually
- Enter guest name and optional email
- Repeat for all guests, or import a CSV file
- Share your RSVP link (found on your wedding website)
- Guests click the link and enter their name
- They select "Attending" or "Not Attending"
- View all responses in your RSVP dashboard
- Export guest list if needed
Creating Digital Invitations
- Navigate to "Invitations" section
- Click "Create New Invitation"
- Add your wedding title
- Template automatically matches your website template
- Enter couple names and wedding date
- Add venue and address information
- Create your wedding schedule
- Add FAQs for common questions
- Customize colors and fonts (optional)
- Save and share the invitation link
Generating QR Codes
- Go to "QR Code Orders"
- Select what to link (Website, Gallery, Schedule, etc.)
- Choose a design template
- Preview your QR code
- Download as PNG for digital use
- Or order physical prints (cards, flyers, stickers)
- Place QR codes at your wedding venue
- Guests scan to access galleries or website
Creating Your Wedding Website
- Go to "Website" in your dashboard
- Choose from 5 beautiful templates
- Add your intro text and wedding date
- Set your wedding location (Google Maps integration)
- Upload a custom banner image
- Select your website language
- Preview your website
- Share your website link with guests
