Creating Your First Gallery

  1. Log in to your Weddico account
  2. Navigate to the "Galleries" section
  3. Click "Create New Gallery"
  4. Choose "Main Gallery" for your curated photos
  5. Enter a title (e.g., "Ceremony Photos")
  6. Add an optional description
  7. Click "Create Gallery"
  8. Upload photos by clicking "Upload Photos"
  9. Select your images and wait for upload to complete

Setting Up Guest Photo Uploads

  1. Create a new gallery or edit an existing one
  2. Select "Guest Gallery" type
  3. Enable "Allow guest uploads" in settings
  4. Save your gallery
  5. Copy the gallery link or generate a QR code
  6. Share the link/QR code with your guests
  7. Guests can upload photos without an account
  8. Review submissions in the "Uploads" section
  9. Approve or reject photos before they appear in the gallery

Managing RSVPs

  1. Go to the "RSVP" section
  2. Click "Add Guest" to add guests manually
  3. Enter guest name and optional email
  4. Repeat for all guests, or import a CSV file
  5. Share your RSVP link (found on your wedding website)
  6. Guests click the link and enter their name
  7. They select "Attending" or "Not Attending"
  8. View all responses in your RSVP dashboard
  9. Export guest list if needed

Creating Digital Invitations

  1. Navigate to "Invitations" section
  2. Click "Create New Invitation"
  3. Add your wedding title
  4. Template automatically matches your website template
  5. Enter couple names and wedding date
  6. Add venue and address information
  7. Create your wedding schedule
  8. Add FAQs for common questions
  9. Customize colors and fonts (optional)
  10. Save and share the invitation link

Generating QR Codes

  1. Go to "QR Code Orders"
  2. Select what to link (Website, Gallery, Schedule, etc.)
  3. Choose a design template
  4. Preview your QR code
  5. Download as PNG for digital use
  6. Or order physical prints (cards, flyers, stickers)
  7. Place QR codes at your wedding venue
  8. Guests scan to access galleries or website

Creating Your Wedding Website

  1. Go to "Website" in your dashboard
  2. Choose from 5 beautiful templates
  3. Add your intro text and wedding date
  4. Set your wedding location (Google Maps integration)
  5. Upload a custom banner image
  6. Select your website language
  7. Preview your website
  8. Share your website link with guests
